Are you ready to spread your wings, both in body and spirit? Join us for a serene experience at Bear Creek Pioneers Park, led by seasoned yoga instructors from Momentum Climbing's Yoga School, as we unite the art of yoga with the wonder of avian life during our annual Houston Bird Week. Before or after class, participants can also visit the aviary on the east side of the park, which houses rescued and rehabilitating birds like owls, macaws, peafowl, doves, pigeons, and parrots. What to Bring? Yoga mat, water, a curious and open heart.
