Join Houston Audubon's Conservation Director, ornithologist, and expert birder, Dr. Richard Gibbons, on a walk through the beautiful Edith L. Moore Nature Sanctuary. Identify birds by sight and sound and enjoy other wildlife such as turtles, squirrels, and maybe even an armadillo or possum! Meet in front of the cabin at 8 am. Parking and access to the sanctuary is available at the west side of the Memorial Drive Methodist Church that borders the sanctuary. Free to attend; family-friendly. Registration is limited to 12 participants.
