Greetings, amis! Welcome to the fundraising page for Larks & Lagniappe, our determined and foolhardy 2022 Birdathon team!
This year, we will complete the Birdathon by bicycle! Beginning around 5:30am on Saturday, May 7th, we will make our way from Double Bayou Park in Chambers County to Fort Travis Seashore Park on Bolivar Penninsula. Our 80-or-so mile route will allow us to cover Anahuac, High Island, Bolivar Flats, and more!
Our team members are Richard Gibbons, Stuart Nelson, and Clayton Leopole, with specail SAG (supplies & gear) support from the one and only Constance "Conkie" White.
We need YOUR HELP raising funds for Houston Audbon, which is an incredible organization that protects birds and supports native habitats.

Birdathon is Houston Audubon's annual spring fundraiser where participants compete to count as many bird species as possible in a 24-hour period while fundraising for bird conservation. Birdathon is a unique tradition that takes place at Audubon chapters across the country during spring migration, and Houston Audubon has participated every year since 1981! All contributions support Houston Audubon's mission to advance the conservation of birds and positively impact their supporting environments.
